The International Journal of Economics, Education, Law and Social Sciences welcomes original research articles, review articles, and case studies within its scope. Authors are required to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure quality and consistency in submissions.

1. Manuscript Types

  • Research Articles: Present original research findings with significant implications.
  • Review Articles: Summarize and analyze recent developments in a specific field.
  • Case Studies: Report detailed accounts of specific instances or cases relevant to the journal’s scope.

2. Manuscript Format

  • Language: All manuscripts should be written in clear and concise English. Both American and British spellings are acceptable, but consistency must be maintained within the manuscript.
  • Length: Manuscripts should be between 5,000 and 8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.
  • Font and Spacing: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double-spacing throughout the text.
  • Margins: Set margins to 1 inch (2.5 cm) on all sides.
  • Sections: Manuscripts should follow this general structure: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

3. Title Page

  • Title: The title should be concise and informative, no more than 15 words.
  • Authors: List all authors' full names, affiliations, and email addresses. The corresponding author should be clearly indicated with an asterisk (*).
  • ORCID ID: All authors are encouraged to provide their ORCID IDs to enhance the transparency and discoverability of their work.

4. Abstract and Keywords

  • Abstract: Provide a structured abstract of 200–250 words that summarizes the research background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Keywords: Include 3–5 keywords that represent the main topics of the paper. Keywords should be specific and separated by commas.

5. Manuscript Content

  • Introduction: Clearly state the purpose of the research, its significance, and an overview of relevant literature.
  • Methods: Describe the methods and materials used, providing sufficient detail to allow replication of the study.
  • Results: Present findings in a logical sequence with tables, figures, and any relevant statistical analysis.
  • Discussion: Interpret the results, discussing their implications, limitations, and relation to previous research.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the key findings, practical implications, and recommendations for future research.

6. Tables and Figures

  • Tables: Each table should have a title and be numbered sequentially. Include tables within the text at appropriate points.
  • Figures: Figures should be high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi) and numbered consecutively. Provide figure captions and embed figures within the text at relevant points.
  • Citations in Text: Refer to tables and figures in the text by their numbers (e.g., Table 1, Figure 2).

7. References

  • Citation Style: Use the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th edition format for citations and references.
  • In-Text Citations: Include author(s) and year in parentheses (e.g., Smith, 2020) or (Smith & Jones, 2019).
  • Reference List: Include a complete reference list at the end of the manuscript, with entries alphabetized by the last names of the first authors.

8. Ethical Compliance

  • Originality: All submissions must be original and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The journal adheres to strict anti-plagiarism policies.
  • Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence their work.
  • Ethical Approval: Research involving human or animal subjects must comply with ethical standards. Authors must provide proof of ethical approval where applicable.

9. Submission Process

  • Submission Platform: Manuscripts should be submitted via the journal’s online submission system. All authors are required to register prior to submission.
  • File Format: Submit manuscripts as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx).
  • Cover Letter: A cover letter must accompany the manuscript, stating the significance of the work and confirming that the paper is not under consideration elsewhere.

10. Peer Review Process

  • All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers and authors remain anonymous to each other to ensure impartiality. Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers' feedback.

11. Proofreading and Publication

  • Proofreading: Authors are responsible for the final proofreading of their articles after acceptance to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Publication Fees: The journal may charge an article processing fee. Authors will be notified of the fee structure and payment process upon acceptance of their manuscript.

12. Publication and Copyright

  • Upon acceptance, authors are required to sign a copyright transfer agreement. Authors retain rights to reuse their work and must provide proper acknowledgment to the journal for any future use.
